1. How do I purchase additional insurance products and services and is there a discount associated with the iPSE membership?

As an iPSE-U.S. member, you have access to additional products and services. You access those services through the links found on the commercial partners page and then follow the instructions. Your iPSE membership gives you discounts and savings on several different products.

2. Where do I send my insurance payments? a) Core, b) Ancillary

a) As an iPSE-U.S. member, you are receiving insurance products with membership. These products have been paid for and are included in your membership, at no additional cost to you.

b) Additional insurances are available to you as a member. You can access these additional products through your membership portal or the link provided on our homepage. Any additional insurances that you purchase will be payable through our commercial partner, Forrest T. Jones, and can be accessed through your member portal. You can also call 888.676.9673 for additional assistance.

3. What is the cost for the Prescription Drug card?

As a member of iPSE-U.S., you are provided access to prescription drug savings at no additional cost and without an enrollment process. Prescription discounts are available at 93% of pharmacies nationwide and include retailers such as CVS, Kroger, Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Target and many more. All members of your family are covered with an average savings of 23%.

4. Is there a specific network of doctors/dentists that will accept the dental/vision/prescription cards?

As an iPSE-U.S. member, you have discounts for vision, dental and prescriptions. For prescription coverage, you can go to any retailer listed, 93% of pharmacies nationwide, and enjoy your savings. Tap into the largest dental network in the U.S. with access to MetLife. Find in-network dentists at: https://metlifetakealongdental.com/Home/FindaDentist. For vision benefits, members should find a VSP doctor at vsp.com or by calling 800.877.7195. You and your family member each have the freedom to choose any participating provider.

5. How do I rent a vehicle through this membership?

As an iPSE-U.S. member, you can rent a vehicle through our partners at Avis and Budget. When you registered for the auto rental discounts, you’ll receive a code to use when renting a vehicle which will give you a competitive price.

6. What Hotels offer discounts?

As a member of iPSE-U.S., you will receive discounts on hotels nationwide. Your discount will range between 10% and 25% on most hotels, including 10% off at Motel 6, 15% off at Red Roof Inn, 20% off at Choice Hotels brands (Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Clarion, Cambria Hotels, MainStay Suites, Suburban, Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn) and 25% off at Wyndam Hotels (AmericInn, Baymont Inn & Suites, Days Inn, Dazzler Hotels, Dolce Hotels and Resorts, Esplendor Boutique Hotels, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Howard Johnson, La Quinta Inns & Suites, Microtel by Wyndham, Ramada Worldwide, Super 8, The Trademark Hotel Collection, Travelodge, TRYP by Wyndham, Viva Wyndham, Wingate by Wyndham, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Wyndham Garden Hotels).

7. Is there a waiting period before Dental or Vision benefits are available?

For vision, there is no enrollment period or waiting period, so the benefit can be used immediately. For dental, as long as the member has had 12 consecutive months of dental coverage with no more than 60 days gap in coverage, your benefits begin right away. A waiver would need to be filed and accepted using the name of insurer, phone number, insureds name, group or policy number, effective date of plan and end date if plan has ended. If the member hasn’t had coverage, there is a 6-month waiting plan for basic services and 12-month waiting period for major services.
