This bill is a solution for non-traditional workers, who have difficulty getting a mortgage because they cannot show traditional proof of income. Establishing proof of income for any independent worker can be problematic. Without a reoccurring, regular cadence, like a paycheck for a traditional employee, establishing credit worthiness is always a challenge for independent workers. We do not believe there will be any further legislative activity on this bill.
